Overview

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the insurance industry? We are seeking a dynamic Carrier Relations Officer to join our Select Region leadership team! In this pivotal role, you will oversee and enhance relationships with our carrier partners across Small Business and Personal Insurance, driving financial success and long-term stability. Your strategic vision will be key in growing premium and revenue through innovative initiatives.

How you'll make an impact

  • Strategic Relationships: Define and implement the Carrier Relations strategy, expanding partnerships and leading our Partner Market strategy.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop & negotiate enhanced commission arrangements and manage contingent commission budget and supplemental revenue growth to support business strategy and customer needs.
  • Project Management: Orchestrate Carrier-related projects, ensuring compliance and meeting carrier preferences.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as the main point of contact for carrier communication, negotiations, and planning.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze production and loss ratios to improve contingent and supplemental payments.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
About You

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 10 years of multi-line insurance experience. P&C License preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in property and casualty insurance with a deep understanding of product lines and market dynamics.
  • Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in cultivating and managing carrier relationships.
