What You'll Do:

• Take a lead role in wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions under the FLSA , California Labor Code , and PAGA .
• Manage litigation from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances .
• Draft class certification motions, oppositions, and dispositive motions with a focus on wage theft, off-the-clock work, and misclassification.
• Engage in mediation and settlement negotiations , working to secure optimal outcomes for workers.

What We're Looking For:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• 3 to 6+ years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience
• At least 2+ years of Wage and Hour class and collective actions
• Proven track record in handling complex litigation, including class certification and summary judgment motions.

Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary: $150,000 to $185,000 (DOE)
• 3 to 4 days of REMOTE work
