Job Summary: 

The Host is responsible for greeting, welcoming, seating, and assisting guests. Coordinates guest seating to balance server workload and ensure efficiency. Also responsible for taking reservations, and documenting/fulfilling guest date, time, seating preferences, and special requests.

Job Specifications:   

• Outlet:  Seven Springs Slopeside
• Expected Pay Range: $20.00 / hour
  • Please note, this is a Non-Tipped position
• Shift & Schedule Availability:  Part Time
• Skill Level:  Entry

Job Responsibilities:

• Make connections with guests and co-workers 

• Share our passion for the mountains during service 

• Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting 

• Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests 

• Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly 

• Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday 

• Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent) 

• Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:

• We will teach you all the necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary 

• Desire to learn and grow 

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English 

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs 

The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
