In this leadership role, you’ll oversee all day-to-day IT operations, manage major technology initiatives, and guide a dedicated team of professionals.

Experience Needed:

• 5+ years of IT/MIS experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
• Proven leadership in IT operations, system reliability, and user support
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and infrastructure design
• Experience leading technology change management initiatives
• Familiarity with AS/400 environments
• Working knowledge of NCR/Retalix ERP systems
• Strong grasp of network systems, voice communications, and data integration

• Lead the IT department’s daily operations, strategy, and technical execution
• Ensure secure, efficient, and high-availability IT systems across the organization
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and disaster recovery plans
