Legal Secretary – Civil Litigation
Location: Walnut Creek, CA (Hybrid)
We’re partnering with a well-established legal team seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support their defense litigation practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, trial-driven environment and values a collaborative hybrid schedule.
Key Qualifications:
• Minimum 7 years of defense trial and litigation experience, ideally within a similar industry
• At least 3 years of recent California civil litigation experience
• Hands-on trial preparation experience is essential
• In-depth understanding of court procedures
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and case management software
• Typing speed of 70+ WPM
