You'll lead daily operations, elevate team performance, and serve as the face of the brand within a highly trafficked lifestyle destination. Optical Experience Preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of associates and optical professionals.
• Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning, team coaching, and customer engagement.
• Ensure the store reflects the brand’s premium image through strong visual presentation and operational excellence.
• Recruit and maintain a talent pipeline; build community connections to attract top local talent.
• Cultivate a positive, fashion-forward store culture that emphasizes client experience and team growth.
• Maintain active sales floor leadership, managing daily goals and in-the-moment coaching.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and compliance with budget targets.
• Implement short- and long-term development strategies, ensuring readiness for growth.

Who You Are:

• A passionate, fashion-savvy leader with at least 3 years of store management experience (optical experience a plus, not required).
• Entrepreneurial and proactive—you bring creative strategies to drive traffic and elevate the store.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills—you give feedback, develop others, and build morale.
• Accountable and results-driven—you manage KPIs and lead by example.
• Skilled in retail operations, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Familiar with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:

• Open availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Compliant with professional dress code standards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
