About Us
We are a growing company with approximately 250 employees, looking for a motivated student or early-career professional to join our team as a Part-Time HR Assistant. This role is perfect for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources while balancing school or other commitments.
What You’ll Do
- Update and maintain employee records in our HRIS system
- Assist with recruiting by reviewing resumes and screening applicants
- Make phone calls to candidates to schedule interviews
- Help with onboarding and other HR administrative tasks as needed
- Provide general support to the HR team
What We’re Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
