About Our Client:

Addison Group is working with a hospitality client in Scottsdale looking to hire a receptionist for their growing corporate office. This opportunity became available due to the previous receptionist being promoted into a new role — and internal advancement is a strong part of their culture. Job Description:

The Receptionist will serve as the front-facing representative of the office, greeting guests, coordinating front desk activities, and supporting general administrative operations. This role plays an important part in maintaining a professional, efficient, and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors with professionalism and friendliness
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls; take messages when necessary
  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Support office functions including ordering supplies, tidying shared spaces, and stocking kitchen and restroom essentials
  • Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, basic reporting, and filing
  • Help prepare meeting materials, agendas, and coordinate logistics for meetings or company events
  • Assist with expense tracking and receipt organization

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of administrative, receptionist, or office experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • A team-player mindset with a willingness to take on varied responsibilities
  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds and work at a desk for extended periods

Additional Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
  • Interview Process: 1 phone screen + 1 in-person interview
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
  • Start Date: Immediate
