Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Landlord Reporting Specialist is a detail-oriented and analytical who is responsible in managing and delivering timely, accurate financial and operation reports for property owners and stakeholders. This role involves working closely with accounting, operations, real estate, and landlords to ensure all reporting obligations are met timely, and compliant with contractual reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual landlord reports, including revenue generated, actual collections, revenue shares, and amount owed to landlords.
• Reconcile financial data from sequential liability reports with general ledger (NetSuite) and landlord records.
• Respond to landlord inquiries regarding reports, financial performance, and lease compliance.
• Collaborate with accounting and real estate teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Maintain a centralized dashboard or reporting system to monitor landlord reporting deadlines and customize outputs.
• Ensure reports comply with lease agreements, management contracts, and any relevant legislation or audit requirements.
• Assist in the development and automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Support forecasting efforts as required by landlords or internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience in Real Estate reporting.
• 2+ years of proven experience in property management, accounting, or real estate reporting, or a similar role.
• NetSuite experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, and lease terms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding skills in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
• Effective communication skills
