Become an Expert

  • Continuously grow your knowledge of RV models, features, and accessories.
  • Provide expert guidance and product information to customers.

  • Develop a strong foundation in RV sales, customer service, and dealership processes.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong desire to learn and grow in the RV industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency for managing inventory and customer records.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to maintain focus and energy in a customer-facing role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regular walking, standing, and movement around the showroom and lot.
  • Frequent use of hands to operate devices and demonstrate RV features.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching when showing RVs.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 20 lbs occasionally.
  • Good vision for reading sales materials and navigating large spaces.
  • Strong communication skills in a fast-paced customer environment.
  • Energetic and focused throughout the workday to support customers and the team.
