  • Effectively negotiate sales prices and terms, ensuring both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Answer any questions the customers may have regarding financing options, warranties, and additional services.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that arise. Develop strong relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences to adjust sales strategies and provide insights to the management team.
  • Develop engaging promotional campaigns and advertisements via various social media outlets to promote our RV products to a wider audience.
  • Represent our dealership at RV shows, exhibitions, and community events to showcase our products, gather leads, and increase brand awareness.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or RV industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers and effectively address their inquiries and concerns.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and building relationships based on trust and satisfaction.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to take initiative and pursue leads actively.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays, as these are peak times for RV sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
  • Commitment to learning and growing with the business.
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance.

What’s in it for you:

  • Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (our top performers earn 150K+).
  • Paid Training (up to twelve weeks).
  • Management provides support for continuous training and education to ensure your long-term success.
