Salesforce Data Quality & Operations Specialist (Hybrid)

1-year contract

Hybrid - Chicago OR Indianapolis

We are seeking a highly accountable and skilled Salesforce Data Quality & Operations Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role requires 3 days a week in our Chicago Tower or Indianapolis Tower office. You will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and supporting key data initiatives within our dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and troubleshoot data quality issues across 3-5 systems, including Salesforce, through intake, research, and recommending updates.
• Perform SOQL/SQL queries in Salesforce, Workbench, and VS Code to validate data quality across multiple objects and inbound integrations.
• Partner with end-users for data quality research and resolution.
• Collaborate with the Data Governance Product Manager on maintenance tasks, intake items, and preparation for council meetings.
• Develop data cleaning process documentation and generate comprehensive data quality reports using Salesforce and Tableau/CRMA.
• Assist with data mapping for integrations, perform integration testing, and support the setup of our metadata catalog, all within an Agile framework. This includes writing user stories.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Administrator platform experience.
• Proficiency in writing SQL & SOQL queries ( in query tools like Workbench and VS Code).
• Advanced spreadsheet experience.
• Highly Accountable: Able to track work thoroughly and provide status regularly and frequently.
• Experience with Slack or other collaboration tool, including Slack workflows.
• Experience with Tableau or Salesforce CRMA (CRM Analytics).
• Salesforce Administrator Certified.
