Position Overview: Civil Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a minimum of three years of general civil litigation or real estate litigation experience, including trial work, to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring both expertise and a proactive approach to case management, providing strategic counsel and effective representation for our clients. With support from senior counsel, this attorney will develop case strategies and represent clients in court proceedings. Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct thorough research and legal analysis
• Manage discovery processes and conduct depositions
• Advise clients on legal matters and strategy
• Negotiate settlements to resolve cases favorably
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Interpret relevant laws, rulings, and regulations

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Compensation:

• $150,000 - $180,000 per year, with bonuses based on performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of civil, commercial, or real estate litigation experience
• Active Colorado Bar License
• Relocation to Denver, CO 80203, prior to starting the role (Required)
